Business Lending Partners (BLP) is a private non-profit, licensed Certified Development Company (CDC). We specialize in processing and servicing U.S. Small Business Administration SBA 504 loans and other community loan funds throughout the state of Wisconsin. We are the only CDC headquartered in Southeast Wisconsin, and have been in business since 1983.
