
Community Loan ProgramsAt BLP, we’re not solely based on expanding businesses but also diversifying and expanding communities. We make this possible by offering other community loan programs in addition to the SBA 504 program. Through our community loan programs we help stimulate business growth and foster job creation. BLP and its partners offer a number of financing and tax incentive programs aimed at retaining and encouraging job creation.
Racine CountyCommunity Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund (CDBG-RLF)Designed to assist businesses in Racine County, financing real estate projects, equipment purchases and limited working capital needs.

Assisting businesses in Racine County in partnership with a bank loan; program finances real estate projects, equipment purchases and limited working capital needs.
City of RacineRacine Development Group (RDG)
Promotes business development and real estate projects in the City of Racine, with emphasis on low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.
Industrial/Commercial Building Revolving Loan Fund (I/CB-RLF)
Partners with a bank loan to finance real estate projects that will result in a currently vacant facility in becoming occupied either by the borrowing business or a tenant.
Brownfield Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (BC-RLF)
Promotes Brownfield cleanup; specifically projects that will reduce environmental threats to the community, reduce sprawl, preserve greenspace, and generate job growth and economic expansion within the City.
