Community Loan Programs

At BLP, we’re not solely based on expanding businesses but also diversifying and expanding communities. We make this possible by offering other community loan programs in addition to the SBA 504 program. Through our community loan programs we help stimulate business growth and foster job creation. BLP and its partners offer a number of financing and tax incentive programs aimed at retaining and encouraging job creation.
