SBA 504 Fees

• Approximately 2.2% administrative fees financed in loan amount.
• $2,500 for legal costs.
• Participating bank is charged a 0.5% fee

NO FEES collected until loan approval.

 

The majority of the fees are collected at time of SBA funding and financed in the SBA loan amount. A $3,000 application fee is collected at the time of loan approval and applied towards closing costs. The balance is reimbursed to the borrower once the loan has been funded.
