SBA 504 Loan Program

The SBA 504 Loan Program was developed by Congress in 1980 as an economic development financing program for small businesses and is administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

 

This loan program provides small businesses with financing solutions and opportunities to expand their companies. At the same time communities benefit through: job creation, increased tax base, a diversified local economy, expansion of exports, and increased veteran, minority and women-owned businesses.
