The Envi Ultra Lounge is a new upscale nightclub located at 316 Main St in Downtown Racine. With the assistance of Business Lending partners, Envi was able to renovate a long vacant facility in the City of Racine. The establishment has a subdued atmosphere designed for socializing and features ambient style music with cocktails made from fresh ingredients. Envi has a professional, upscale environment and is the first Ultra Lounge in the Downtown Racine area.

Porcaro

 

Business Lending Partners, a division of RCEDC, recently assisted Porcaro Ford with the purchase and renovation of its new facility.  Porcaro Ford decided to capitalize on a great opportunity to relocate its Ford dealership adjacent to the Mitsubishi dealership on Highway 20 in Mt. Dr. Michelle R. Bonness, M.D., S.C. is a plastic surgery practice offering a variety of medical services including both Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. The Company benefited from the Industrial/Commercial Building Revolving Loan Fund (I/CB-RLF) community business loan program, which offers interest rates as low as 2.44%.

Tilsner Collision Center, LLC is an auto body repair shop located in Racine, WI. The Company offers auto painting and collision repairs, as well as other auto body maintenance. In 2005 the Company was established and operated under the name Tilsner Body and Paint. But after relocating to the facility in Racine, the Company changed their name to include “Collision”, in order to bring awareness to their post-collision auto repair services.

The Hampton Inn-Burlington was developed by the Burlington Hotel Group, LLC and is located at 400 Dodge St., Burlington, WI. The 54 room hotel includes a pool, exercise room and a spa area, all within walking distance from various downtown dining options.  The Hampton Inn franchise is a part of the Hilton Worldwide family of brands. The Hotel opened for business on January 28, 2011.
