Sturtevant Sportsplex, LLC.

 

Business Lending Partners (BLP), in conjunction with JP Morgan Chase Bank, assisted Sturtevant Sportsplex, LLC, www.sturtevantsportsplex.com, in constructing a 100,000 sq ft indoor soccer complex in the Village of Sturtevant. The facility, which officially opened on May 8th, is conveniently located in the Renaissance Industrial Park just two miles east of the 1-94 and Hwy 20 intersection and within walking distance from the Sturtevant Amtrak station. The complex contains the only indoor soccer fields in Racine County and will create and sustain 8 new jobs for the Racine County area. BLP utilized the SBA 504 program to offer the company a 20 year fixed rate mortgage on 16% of the project costs. The company also received significant savings under the 2009 American Reinvestment and Recovery Act's (ARRA) temporarily waived fees.

Eau Claire Animal Hospital

 

 

 

Dr. Craig Johnson, owner and veterinarian of the Eau Claire Animal Hospital, is dedicated to the care and well-being of animals with his full service veterinary medical facility. Located in Eau Claire, WI, the Eau Claire Animal Hospital is staffed with courteous professionals who provide the best medical care, surgical care and dental care to their patients along with preventative health care and health-related educational opportunities for pet owners. The new building is three times larger than the previous location, which allowed the company to expand its veterinary services as well as boarding and dog day care.

 

Thanks to a partnership between Business Lending Partners (BLP), a division of RCEDC, and Theresa Dean at Independence State Bank, the Eau Claire Animal Hospital was able to construct a new building using the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program. This program provided a long-term, 20-year, fixed interest rate with a low down payment.

 

The Comfort Inn

 

 

 

Naresh B. Patel, owner and operator of The Comfort Inn in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin offers to his guests a management style derived from years of hotel management experience.  The Comfort Inn is the most recognizable part of the Choice Hotels International franchise and offers lower cost hotel rooms to customers across the country and around the world.  This 80 room hotel offers free high speed internet in all rooms, 24 hour coffee and tea bar, free deluxe continental breakfast, and a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.

Masonry Specialists II, LLC

 

 

 

Masonry Specialists  II, LLC is a masonry subcontractor company located in Union Grove, Wisconsin, which utilized the SBA 504 program to construct a new facility. Prior to this project the company leased out a 950 square foot building. They also had three employees working out of their homes and storage located in two additional locations. The construction of their new facility has allowed Masonry Specialists II, LLC to bring all of their operations under one roof; improving their efficiency, improving focus on future business development, and allowing room for better management. Their new 9,600 square foot building was financed through the SBA 504 program in partnership with Southport Bank. This project also helped create/retain 26 new jobs in the County of Racine.

 

 

Georgie Porgie's

 

 

Georgie Porgie’s is a family owned restaurant originally based out of Oak Creek, Wisconsin. They are known for their great customer service, food, and prices. Due to the restaurants popularity they out grew their facilities giving the owners no choice but to open a second location. Through our loan programs here at Business Lending Partners (BLP)  and in partnership with Lincoln State Bank, we were able to provide them with with financing to open a second location located in a new strip mall in Mt. Pleasant.

 

 

Sport Clips

 

 

Sport Clips is a fast growing, well recognized, sports themed male hair salon. Recently developed and located in the Village of Mt. Pleasant. Entrepreneur magazine recently rated Sport Clips as one of the top 100 franchises to own.  When Linda Tischler and Jennifer Lein decided to expand their horizons into the world of entrepreneurship, they decided that Sport Clips would be the perfect fit, not only because it is a growing and successful franchise but also because the company demonstrates strong character values.

 

Brian Gottschalk, a Business Finance Analyst at BLP, in conjunction with George Baumgardt at the Bank of Elmwood, utilized one of BLP's community loan programs in order to make Jennifer Lein and Linda Tischler’s dreams a reality.  This project will create eight new jobs for the Racine community.

 

Pinnacle Precision Technologies, LLC

Joel Benz, Vice President at Waukesha State Bank knew his customer Pinnacle Precision Technologies, LLC, would benefit from a partnership with Business Lending Partners (BLP) to finance the purchase of a metal stamping company in the City of Racine. 

 

Through one of our local revolving loan funds, Business Lending Partners was able to provide a loan to cover a portion of the project costs at a 4% interest rate that matched the Bank’s term on its portion of the project.  If not for the financing package offered by the Bank and BLP, Pinnacle Precision Technologies, LLC, may not have also been able to purchase a second metal stamping company in nearby St. Francis, WI.  The Racine project will assist in creating manufacturing jobs offering a competitive compensation package, the creation of a Team environment that encourages employees to participate in the decision making process, and an aggressive training program for its employees. This project is a great example of regional collaboration and cooperation which is key to aiding in the economic development of the Southeastern Wisconsin Region.

Wisconsin Mold Builders, LLC

Cramped work spaces, inefficient layouts, and the pending sale of the building they were renting all played into the factors that brought Wisconsin Mold Builders, LLC to search out a new building which would allow them relocate their existing plastic injection mold tool and die shop operations. Wisconsin Mold Builders, LLC located a 16,500 sq. ft. building in New Berlin, WI that would allow them the space to design efficient layouts for their business operations. This new building also provided closer proximity to Milwaukee and its suburbs to focus on their niche market in the medical industry making medical molds.

 

Wisconsin Mold Builders, LLC sought financing through US Bank who partnered with Business Lending Partners to use the SBA 504 loan program.  The low down payment option of 10% and the 20-year fixed interest rate of the SBA 504 loan program allowed Wisconsin Mold Builders to purchase their building and reserve cash for other working capital and operational needs. Wisconsin Mold Builders is now fully operational in their new facility and you can find out more about their products at www.wismold.com
